Harrison College asked TrendyMinds to determine a strategy to encourage Harrison employees in their daily work and empower them to be passionate advocates of the Harrison brand. The Blueprint Campaign was an internal six-week email and video campaign that told the stories of real students and alumni who have been positively affected by Harrison faculty and staff. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Not only did Blueprint empower Harrison staff, it reminded them why they come to work everyday – to be part of an organization that works to better the lives of its students.
