After joining Pledge 1% in early 2016, we formed a philanthropy committee dedicated to giving back to our community. We strive to give 1 percent of our equity, profit, product and time to causes that matter to us. While we’ve provided pro bono services and cash donations to a local health foundation, the Indiana Arts Commission (film), Tour de Cure and other community charities, we hope to encourage you to get involved in Pledge 1%, too.We’re in good company, currently one of 1,000 companies in 30 countries who have taken the pledge. But we also need to play our part in building this community more. Pledge 1% is a global movement that creates a new normal where giving back is integrated into the DNA of companies of all sizes. Over the next few months, let’s boost the #PledgeItForward campaign by increasing the Pledge 1% community from 1,000 to 1,250 members by November 29 (#GivingTuesday).
